There is no real answer for this one. There are a lot of variables - how fast the hair grows, texture of the hair, and how you take care of your hair. If you're a person that blow dries her hair a lot with high heat, or use hot tools like straightening irons or curling irons etc..., then you're going to need your hair trimmed sooner and more often. Hair normally grows approximately 1/2 inch on average per month, some hair might be a little more. In general, we say about 4 to 6 weeks. Also depends on the length - shorter cut and styles will need it sooner, to keep the style looking good. With longer hair, you can go a little bit longer in-between cuts. But one thing to keep mind is when you start seeing split ends, then you would need to come in for a cut. Otherwise your hair will keep splitting all the way up the hair shaft.
